Pets are not permitted at Madurodam. Dog owners can leave their dog at the kennels free of charge, so you don't need to leave your dog in the car. Especially not during summer days. These are 1x1x1 metre pens. We have a limited number of spaces. So it's a good idea to make a reservation in advance via the reception (+31704162400). We do not let out or feed your dog. We advise to bring food and for instance a blanket or toy, to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Assistance or guide dogs are allowed in Madurodam.

No, you can use your ticket until the expiry date indicated on the ticket. We do not offer refunds.
Your ticket is your proof of payment for entry to the park. The unique barcode will be checked electronically with a scanner at the entrance. This must be legible. So it’s important that your ticket is not ripped, crumpled or folded. You are responsible for ensuring your barcode is legible
The barcode on your ticket, printed or not, can be easliy scanned. We do it every day. Be aware that you can use your ticket only once. Once the barcode is scanned it cannot be used a second time. If you experience any issues at the park please ask an employee for help. They are always happy to be of assistance.
If you have bought the ticket on our website you ca get a refund within 14 days from date of purchase. Beyond these 14 days we don't offer any refunds unfortunately. Your ticket(s) stays valid during the rest of the year so maybe there is another oppertunity to come and visit our park.
Intensive tests have shown that the unique barcodes on the tickets are 100% reliable. The code can be scanned once and then becomes invalid. So you cannot enter the park more than once with the same ticket. If, in exceptional circumstances, there is something wrong with your ticket, you can always speak to the employees at our reception.
You can do this at the Fantasitron. Step into the futuristic building for a few seconds to create a 3D scan. You will then receive an email with this 3D scan and a link to the webshop, where you can order a 3D figure of yourself.
Of course, the scanner can scan up to 2 metres. The operators at the Fantasitron will help you make a good copy.
