Uitleg van de voorwaarden van foto/video gebruik

Toestemming #madurodamOK

Superleuk dat jij jouw Madurodam bezoek hebt gedeeld op Social Media! We denken dat andere bezoekers jouw foto of filmpje ook heel leuk vinden. Daarom zouden we hem graag gebruiken om anderen vooral online te inspireren. Om je foto of filmpje te kunnen delen, hebben we je toestemming nodig. Dit doe je door #madurodamOK te gebruiken.

Gebruik je de hashtag #madurodamOK, dan geef je Madurodam toestemming voor het volgende:

• Jouw foto te delen via onze verschillende social media kanalen;
• Jouw foto te gebruiken op de website van Madurodam, zoals bijvoorbeeld op de GroetenUitMadurodam fotopagina

 

Extra toestemming gebruik overige marketing doeleinden

Als we jouw foto of filmpje willen gebruiken buiten onze sociale media kanalen of de website van Madurodam, vragen we expliciet om jouw toestemming in een privébericht. De marketing doeleinden waar we altijd extra toestemming voor vragen zijn:

• Jouw foto te gebruiken voor online advertenties, onze e-mail nieuwsbrief, en andere online uitingen.
• Jouw foto te gebruiken in onze offline media, bijvoorbeeld op flyers en banners.

Eigendom

De foto of video die je met ons deelt, blijft jouw eigendom. Ook na het geven van toestemming middels #madurodamOK

Naamsvermelding

Daar waar mogelijk zal Madurodam jouw social media account vermelden, maar hiertoe zijn wij niet verplicht. Is er bij een vermelding iets misgegaan? Stuur dan een mailtje naar marketing@madurodam.nl met als onderwerp 'vermelding #madurodamOK'. Laat ons weten om welk social media account het gaat en op welke pagina je de foto zonder naamsvermelding hebt gezien door de URL en een screenshot van de pagina mee te sturen.

Geen toestemming gebruik/ Naderhand verwijderen

Wil je liever niet dat we jouw leuke foto of filmpje delen op onze kanalen? Dat kan natuurlijk. Je hoeft dan niks te doen. Wanneer je niet reageert met #madurodamOK, gebeurt er niks en zullen we de foto niet gebruiken.

Heb je ons al toestemming gegeven en ben je van gedachten veranderd? Dat kan natuurlijk! Stuur een e-mail naar marketing@madurodam.nl met als onderwerp 'geen toestemming #madurodamOK. Laat ons in de e-mail weten om welke foto het gaat en stuur ons een screenshot en URL mee. Het verwijderen van de foto gebeurt zo snel mogelijk! Gaat het om een verzonden e-mail nieuwsbrief of offline uitingen, zoals flyers of banners dan is de foto helaas niet meer te verwijderen.

Consent #madurodamOK 

It's great to see you shared your Madurodam experience on social media. We think other visitors will like your photo or video as well. That is why we would like to use it to inspire others. We need your permission to share your photo or video.

How? You grant Madurodam permission by using #madurodamOK.

By using the hashtag #madurodamOK, you give Madurodam permission for the following:

• Share your photo/video via our various social media channels

• Use your photo/video on the Madurodam website

 

Additional permission usage other marketing purposes

If we want to use your photo or video outside our social media channels or the Madurodam website, we will explicitly ask for your permission in a private message (DM). The marketing purposes for which we always ask extra permission for are:

• Use your photo/video for online advertisements, our e-mail newsletter, and other online communications.

• Use your photo/video in our offline media, for example on flyers and banners.

 

Ownership

The photo or video you share with us remains yours. You have the ownership even after giving permission through #madurodamOK

 

Attribution-Mentioning Account

Where possible, Madurodam will mention your social media account, but we are not obliged to do so. Did something go wrong with a listing? Send an email to marketing@madurodam.nl with the subject 'mention #madurodamOK'. Let us know which social media account it concerns and on which page you saw the photo without the mention of your social media account by sending the URL and a screenshot of the page.

 

No permission to use/Remove afterwards

Would you rather not we share your nice photo or video on our channels? Then you do not have to do anything. If you do not respond with #madurodamOK, nothing will happen, and we won't use the photo.

 

Have you already given us permission and have you changed your mind? No problem! Just send an e-mail to marketing@madurodam.nl with the subject 'no permission #madurodamOK. Let us know in the email which photo it is and send us a screenshot and URL. The photo will be removed as soon as possible! If it concerns a sent e-mail newsletter or offline expressions, such as flyers or banners, the photo can unfortunately no longer be removed.
