These are the terms and conditions issued by Madurodam B.V. (hereinafter: 
Madurodam). 

Definitions

•  Buyer: a consumer or a corporate buyer. 
•  Consumer: a person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business. 

MEMBERSHIPS - GENERAL

• A membership will be strictly personal and non-transferable. 
• A membership will be valid for 12 months, starting from the time of purchase and may only be used during normal park opening hours. 
• Madurodam will have the right to ask members for proof of identity when entering the park. 
• The membership will be created as soon as possible after payment is received. It will then be available for collection by the buyer from the entrance to the park. 
• The purchase confirmation will be used as the admission ticket throughout the membership period. 
• The buyer will be required to provide complete and correct information. Membership may be blocked if the information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
• The purchase confirmation will be used as the admission ticket throughout the membership period. 
• The membership passes may not be folded or damaged.  If a pass has been seriously damaged, the holder may be refused entry to the park. 
• Memberships will only be valid for use during normal Madurodam opening hours. 
• Madurodam will reserve the right to change opening days and/or hours at any time. No refund scheme applies. 
• It will not be possible to terminate a membership early or to transfer it to someone else. The buyer will not be entitled to a refund. 
• If a member forgets his/her pass, he/she will only be able to gain entry to the park by producing valid proof of his/her identity. 
• If improper use is made of a membership, Madurodam will have the right to withdraw the pass and block the membership. The buyer will not be entitled to a refund in this situation. 
•  In order to ensure the safety of its guests, Madurodam will reserve the right to close its doors in the event of large visitor numbers; this may mean that members are unable to enter the park at this time. Madurodam will not accept liability for any (travel) costs incurred. 
• A membership will expire automatically after 12 months.
• Madurodam will maintain the confidentiality of the personal data that the buyer provides when buying a membership. The above-mentioned data will not be disclosed to third parties, other than where necessary for the performance of this agreement. The e-mail address of the buyer will be added as an opt-in to the membership mailing list, making it possible to keep him/her up-to-date. In accordance with the GDPR, the buyer may object to the above and have his/her name removed from any future mailings. 

Madurodam membership (1 person) 

• Valid for 1 person for a period of 12 months after the purchase date. 
• Information about the price of this membership is available from the Madurodam website and at the cash desk. 

Madurodam family and friends membership (a maximum of 4 people) 

• Valid for a maximum of 4 (named) people for a period of 12 months after the purchase date. 
• Information about the price of this membership is available from the Madurodam website and at the cash desk. 

Madurodam corporate membership
