The winner of this unique stay will be announced on Tuesday 3 August 2021 via a
e-mail newsletter and the social media channels @madurodam and @belvillavakantiehuizen.
- These Promotional Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") apply to "Belvilla" (hereinafter: "the giveaway"). By entering this competition you agree to these Terms.

- Participant in the promotion is anyone who registers via the competition form.
- Participation is free. The entrant (the person completing the entry form) must be 18 years of age or older. You can participate once per person. Employees of Madurodam and Belvilla are excluded from the promotion.
- The giveaway runs from July 19 to August 2, 2021. Participation in the giveaway after this period is not possible.
- The giveaway has a maximum of 4 prize winners coming from 1 'group', being a family, family or group of friends. They win an overnight stay for a maximum of 4 people in a unique tower room specially created for this occasion, located in the Madurodam family park. Including dinner and the exclusive park opening (represents a value of € 449). The winners will be chosen by an independent drawing on August 3, 2021.
- The prize winners will be announced on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 via a
e-mail newsletter and the social media channels @madurodam and @belvillavakantiehuizen.
If Belvilla has not been able to contact the intended winner within 2 working days, Belvilla has the right to cancel the prize for the intended winner and to select another winner. - The overnight stay must take place before September 6, 2021.
- A date will be chosen in consultation.
All personal data provided by the participant will be processed in accordance with the GDPR. Madurodam processes the personal data provided for Belvilla; for communication with the participant about this giveaway and to allow the awarding of prizes to take place. Personal data is not provided to other parties. - Madurodam or Belvilla are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by the participant, resulting from or related to participating in the competition, subject/content of the entries and/or the prize made available.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or in kind.
- It is not possible to correspond about the result of the giveaway and no rights can be derived from participation.
- Belvilla reserves the right to change, supplement or discontinue these Terms and Conditions in any way at any time without further notice, without Belvilla being obliged in any way to compensate the participants for any damage.
