I already had reserved a day and time, but Madurodam is closed. Now what?

If you reserved a time slot it will automatically expire, Madurodam will then be closed.

When the park re-opens, you can rebook the ticket to another day and time via our website. Whenever we know when we will be open again we will communicate how to do so on our website.

I already have a valid admission ticket (eg a ticket through a partner such as ANWB, Goede Doelenloterij or AD) and whether I have a discount coupon or (city) pass. Do I also have to make a reservation?

Yes, even if you already have a valid admission ticket, discount coupon or (city) pass, you must reserve a date and arrival time. You can make this reservation via our website.

When will Madurodam open again?

In line with national policy with regard to the corona virus, Madurodam is closed to further notice.

Do I receive compensation for the weeks that Madurodam was closed?

Yes, we extend your subscription by the number of days that Madurodam was closed.
